About Amy

Amy is the Head of Member Experience at Inclusive Employers, bringing over a decade of senior leadership experience to her role. She’s passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and has been working specifically in inclusion since 2016. Amy combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, making her a trusted partner for organisations looking to drive meaningful change.

Experience

Amy has been working as a senior leader since 2012, with a rich background spanning multiple sectors. Her journey includes serving as Head of Involvement and Inclusion at a large homelessness charity, where she led the design and implementation of their inclusion and diversity strategy. She’s also held roles as Head of Operations, managing significant change projects and overseeing large teams, and as Head of Quality and Performance.

Her experience extends to therapeutic work with diverse communities in prisons, hostels and addiction services, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalised groups. This frontline experience informs her strategic approach to inclusion work.

Skills

Amy excels in strategy development and implementation, transformation and organisational development. She’s skilled at designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes, conducting large recruitment audits, and leading culture reviews. Her ability to work therapeutically with people from all backgrounds has developed her strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Her academic foundation includes two first class degrees and a Level 6 qualification in Leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, ensuring her work is grounded in both theory and practice.

Achievements

At Inclusive Employers, Amy has successfully led numerous high-impact projects including large-scale recruitment audits that have transformed hiring practices for major organisations. She’s designed and delivered comprehensive training programmes that have reached thousands of employees across various sectors.

Her standout achievement was leading the design and implementation of a full inclusion and diversity strategy at a major homelessness charity, demonstrating her ability to drive systemic change in complex organisations.
