Since joining the team in August 2024, Gemma has played a key role in ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy, enabling Inclusive Employers to deliver high-quality Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)<\/strong> consultancy and training to our members.<\/p>\n With a degree in Business from the University of Brighton and over five years of experience in finance, Gemma brings expertise from diverse sectors, including software development and building energy management systems.
