If your trainers are new to training, we will include content on group management, difficult delegates and top tips for presenting and facilitating in an effective, and inclusive way.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Programmes are written to the clients brief but historically they have included full day Equality, Diversity and Inclusion through too smaller and shorter topics. This can also be delivered on a drama-based model with your staff facilitating our actors.
