Before joining Inclusive Employers, Carol led EDI for a FTSE 100 organisation, driving cultural transformation and embedding inclusive practices at scale.<\/p>\n<p>Carol specialises in behavioural change and designs programmes that create the conditions for real, sustainable inclusion.
