She is passionate about cognitive difference, with a particular focus on <strong>neurodiversity, disability and mental health inclusion<\/strong>. Her personal experience as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inclusiveemployers.co.uk\/blog\/understanding-dyslexia-in-the-workplace\/\">dyslexic individual<\/a> gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities organisations face when striving for inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Inclusive Employers, Rosie worked in the arts and social care sectors, supporting vulnerable families, children and adults with learning disabilities, and complex communities. This experience shaped her empathetic and practical approach to creating inclusive workplaces.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Rosie has extensive experience delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) consultancy across a wide range of sectors. Her work includes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing and implementing Inclusion and Diversity strategies<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inclusiveemployers.co.uk\/services\/consultancy\/inclusion-and-diversity-strategy-and-action-plan\/\">Action planning<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inclusiveemployers.co.uk\/services\/consultancy\/policy-review-and-rewrite\/\">policy reviews<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Facilitating steering groups and leadership engagement<\/li>\n<li>Providing expert advice and guidance sessions<\/li>\n<li>Designing and delivering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inclusiveemployers.co.uk\/services\/inclusive-leadership\/\">inclusive leadership training<\/a> for senior teams and Executive Boards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Her academic achievements include a First-Class degree in Theatre and Performance and postgraduate studies in Organisational and Business Psychology, underpinning her evidence-based approach to inclusion.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Rosie is known for her ability to inspire change and create practical solutions for complex inclusion challenges.
