Measuring the impact and reach of inclusion on your people can often be an area of inclusion work many organisations struggle with. Many experience the worries about how to collect and store diversity data in an inclusive way, explaining the relevance of data to the wider organisation or understanding how to measure and report inclusion work that is often quite intangible. This session will explore more about how to collect and use diversity data to measure and understand the impact and return on investment of inclusion. Along with how to use the learning from this to further grow and develop along your inclusion journey.

Emily has many years experience working in diversity and inclusion across many sectors. Prior to joining Inclusive Employers Emily attained their PhD in psychology in 2018 and has driven inclusion forward through research into health and societal inequalities. Find out more about Emily.
